ACCM – Most Successful RTO Again in NSW
2016 Year to Date Update
Nearing the end of the first quarter of 2016 we are tracking very well in the business traineeship field and look like achieving a similar enrolment intake for the year in the high 400’s.
On top of this the new 2016 Smart and Skilled funding options open to employees who are NOT trainees.
Our recent “research visit” from the Premiers Department to better understand how we are able to set industry leading results in trainee completions, on top of , indicates we will keep the honours for being the “name” provider in this field in 2016.

2015 Year in Review Update
The College continued its dominance in the Business Services traineeship field in 2015, despite the overall industry downturn in traineeship registrations.
Despite the issues faced by the sector with the implementation of the new funding arrangement and higher compulsory fees – we managed to pip the 2014 record enrolment numbers – setting a new record.
Enrolment trends were consistent to past years with solid enrolment numbers in specialist qualification fields like Legal, HR and Customer Engagement. The new growth area in the business field was Project Management.

---|---|---|---|---|
51 of Commerce & Management Pty Ltd | 84 | 348 | 465 | 505 |
The most pleasing result on top of maintaining enrolment levels at this high level was the great National Quality Indicator results – showing that we are well equipped at maintaining the quality of delivery at this level.

A key growth area has been Certificate III in Customer Contact, where the College was the most popular training provider by a country mile. This field continues to be a strength given the Colleges ability to customise programs to meet the different needs of call centres of all sizes.
College business traineeship programs are also flexible enough to meet the needs of small employers with Business and Business Administration traineeships remaining popular. Over 50% of college traineeships are single enrolments with small employers who need the flexibility of delivery that College programs offer.
Highly specialist areas such as Legal Administration; Recordkeeping and Medical Administration are also programs that the College supports; ensuring that these areas have programs customised to meet the challenges of those industries.
Traditionally frontline management programs have been in demand; and this is likely to continue with the improved new nationally accredited qualifications in Leadership and Management just released.
Growth in business services qualifications continues into 2015, and with the launch of the new Business Services qualifications the College is gearing up for another successful year.
