ACCM 2021 - National Quality Indicator Results
The results are in!
As part of our ongoing commitment to quality and to meet our compliance obligations, ACCM send out an end of course survey (referred to as the National Quality Indicators) for all our learners who complete their qualification. There is a similar survey for employers.
The goal...learn more about how we are doing, what our learners think and find new ways we can do things better.

ACCM spends weeks analysing the results and discussing the feedback to really dig deep and see where we can improve.
This year's results, that focus on learners who completed their qualification in 2021, was a wealth of useful and meaningful information.
Our results continue to trend positive and we look forward to an even better 2022.
